Last night I had been sitting in another chair stitching and I wasn’t even sure where Boots was. I found him asleep in my usual chair.
I know it was tiring for him to go to the vet and have three strangers messing with him. I was so hoping when he woke up, he’d be sweet but he wasn’t.
I had gone downstairs after getting home from the vet, moved his litter box into the downstairs bathroom, moved his food and water out, closed the sewing room door to keep him out, hoping the outside critters he could see from the windows was what was agitating him. Once he started biting again, I went downstairs, put all his stuff back in the sewing room, hooked up his kitty calming pheromone gadget and put him in there. The vet suggested leaving him in the one room for several days with the pheromone and see if that helped his attitude. We’ll see.

Hope it helps.

Did you tell the vet about the move and the fact that Vince isn’t there. Any little change can upset them.
Judy Laquidara says
I did. We all brainstormed and tried to think of EVERYTHING!

Poor Boots! Do you think he might be missing that little girl Addie? How sad that he can’t tell you what is wrong!
Judy Laquidara says
I have no idea what’s wrong with him but it is so frustrating.
