I had happy mail today! 🙂
One of the first things I saw and fell in love with was Thomas!
It was in early November when the cross stitching bug bit so it wasn’t surprising that every flosstube I saw, they had Thomas either finished or almost finished. I will have him done by Thanksgiving, 2021 . . I hope.
A Plump Wife – this one made me laugh.
If you can’t read it, it says “A Plump Wife is a gift to the Farmer his garden is cared for and his nights are Much Warmer.”
I think that should go right next to “A Good Marriage!” on our bedroom wall.
The Sowing Sampler kinda hit home with me since I’ve given up my garden and taken up cross stitching.
It says “My Linen Is My soil My Needle is my Plow. My threads are my seeds and my words I do sow.”
Those charts came from Not Forgotten Farm.
