I probably say this about everything but the ribs . . oh, my! They were so tender.
After cooking with the sous vide, I put them in the oven at 475 for about 20 minutes.
I couldn’t even get the ribs on my plate before the bones fell out. I made a potato salad and opened a jar of beans I had canned with sausage.
Having the food in jars has been so nice. One night recently I opened a jar of beef stew. One night I had stuffed cabbage soup.
The steam made the beef stew look weird but it was delicious. I’m happy to have the jars for the days I don’t want to cook.
