I’m so glad I thought about getting a dry erase board for reminding me to drive the cars.
I told Vince what I had done and he said “Good idea. If that works, we’ll get a dozen more to help you remember all the things you need to remember!”
Maybe it’s wishful thinking but I think I do better when Vince isn’t here. I laughed when I realized that after I came home from picking up an order at Walmart yesterday, I put my purse where it’s supposed to be and I put my keys where they go. When he’s here, I count on him to take care of everything and I guess I forget to be responsible. Having said that, I’m sure it won’t be long til I’m supposed to be somewhere and can’t find keys or my purse.

I have to put my cell phone in the same spot or I am going all over the house looking for it

I use an Android phone and since I’m here alone and can’t ask Vince to call my phone, I learned very quickly that I can google “find my android phone” and all my info is in there so my phone immediately starts ringing. That has saved me so many times.

I leave my purse in the same place every time I walk in from the car. The keys stay in my purse. They are on a lanyard and it snaps on the handle of my purse. But I do have to have Pat call me sometimes when I need to find my phone! One of these days the battery is going to be dead and I am not going to find it until I accidently remember where I had it or come across it! LOL
