A couple of days ago, Boots found one of the windows at the back of the sewing room. The two back there are long windows but they were mostly covered by boxes but he figured out how to get to the top of the stack of boxes in front of one of the windows.
Yesterday we cleared the boxes away from one of the side windows. Those windows are shorter but all of them have the deep windowsills.
You can see he’s already got the curtain hanging cockeyed. I pulled them back and left them open so he can sit there and watch whatever he watches.
I did put a bird feeder outside the window a few feet. Hopefully the birds will find it and he’ll have something interesting to watch.
I’m not sure how I can dislike cats as much as I do and still love this big boy so much!
I’m not qualified to say if he’s 100% adjusted but he sure acts like he always acted and seems to be doing fine.

I knew once he got to where both of you were, he would love it. He loves his new home and is window seats!! Maybe you need to get one of those beds that you can put on the window sill for him.
