The Dining Room Window

Thank you all for the tips. I had thought about that so much that I had reached a dead end in my head. When you started mentioning “medallion”, that worked for me. I wish all my problems were so easily solved!

This morning I got up and couldn’t wait til Hobby Lobby was open. It isn’t 100% what I want but it’s better than nothing. There are so many empty walls in this house, I’ll find some place to hang it when I find the right thin. I would like to have something that is a little bigger than this thing and hangs down a little, or I can hang something from it. This is what I got:

Someone will ask to see the whole window so here it is.

I see that I messed with the curtains so I have to straighten those up and move my step stool.

I also got this, thinking I could hang small wreaths or little banners from it but, it doesn’t go there.

I realized after I got home that the curtain rod and the light fixture is oil rubbed bronze. Ahhh . . that downstairs bathroom has gold fixtures. I’m thinking when the plumber comes to install the gas line to the stove, that will be the end of the gold fixtures in there though. I’ll find something to do with this thing because I like it!

  9. Ok here is what I would look for. Something in metal with different colored leaves. Like Brass, Copper and even silver. Might even get Vince to cut some of this in metal out with the 3D printer and put together. It does need to be pretty big like the one you got. The one you have works good just change the color
    you could spray painted it copper, bronze or the new dark bronze that is so popular right now.Just a suggestion. .
    Yes I love to decorate and do all the time. Change stuff inside with each season and change my yard too.
