Unpacking & Repacking

Vince called to remind me not to have ANYTHING in the garage so the movers can put stuff in there if they need to. The double car part of the garage is where I part my car but, of course, I only take up half the garage. There’s the single garage, still part of the house but right next to the double garage. The single garage is long . . not quite long enough for two cars but maybe if it was short cars. The movers can put stuff about 1/3 of the way in there and then leave me room for my car, and they can put stuff in the two car garage side, plus, there’s a 14 x 22 garage in the basement and they can put stuff in there.

So, Vince said “You remembered, right? Don’t leave anything in the garage.”

Hmmm . . right!

Last night I took all the stuff out of my car that goes to the basement and left it in the garage, thinking today I’d take it downstairs. Now I’m too tired. So, I went out in the garage, put all that stuff back in my car. Tomorrow I’ll park my car out of the way, and when they’re gone, well . . I have grand ideas of unpacking boxes for hours but I’ll probably collapse and start dealing with it all on Wednesday.
