My goal is to get 10 boxes per day packed. That’s probably twice what I’ve been doing and I’ll be surprised if I actually get 10 done per day. So far, in two hours, I’ve packed two boxes but, they were big boxes so I may have to count them as 4 boxes. 🙂
I was packing in a bedroom we never use and, as always in the backs of drawers, I found treasures.
This is a card I bought many years ago – a dachshund made with fabric yo-yos. It would have brought a smile to someone if I had actually sent it but I couldn’t part with it so it sat buried in a drawer for years.
Ruby! My favorite chicken ever. She was such a funny chicken and she really liked following me around.
Nicole had her hair colored the other day and she asked Addie to take her picture. Addie ran and got a chicken for Nicole to hold for her picture so the first picture was Nicole snuggling with a chicken to show off her cute new hair color.
Chad called the other morning and he sounded a bit concerned. He said “We may have a problem.” As a mom, you know how many thoughts run through your head in a split second when you hear something like that. He went on to say “I think Lucy may be a rooster.”
Since they live in town, they can’t keep a rooster. They just gave four chickens to a friend who lives out in the country, had a few chickens and wanted more so they may be getting Lucy too.

So Lucy may be Luke…I guessing Lucy has not ever laid an egg?

I remember the picture where you appear to be reading to Ruby, over your shoulder. Was that the author pic for one of your books?

Awww I love the dachshund! Chicken too! No telling what you will find! I think you should frame the dachshund and put it in your sewing room! There is hope for the cookie molds!!
