We often eat okra & tomatoes. The other day a reader sent me a link to The Mediterranean Dish’s okra & tomato recipe. I get her recipes in my email but have not been looking at them much lately so I appreciated that a reader noticed the okra recipe and sent it to me.
I had just cut okra so I tried the recipe.
The spices were a bit different from what I normally use but it was delicious. I had about three pounds of okra so I tripled the recipe and froze the leftovers in dinner size portions.
If you like okra & tomatoes, it was really good with the spices in this recipe.
