Vince told me if I go to Missouri one more time before my “stuff” (not the word he used) is packed, he’s selling it all. He said his ad will read something like “Wife refuses to pack her stuff (not the word he used) and won’t stay home and help so I’m selling yarn, fabric, batting, sewing machines and a longarm cheap!”
I told him I will report him to the authorities because he would be selling stolen merchandise!
Of course we’re both joking (I am . . not sure he is!) but today I’m trying to make some real effort to at least make it look like I’ve packed a lot of stuff before I go back to Missouri.
Yesterday we took apart the computer desk, printer stand and big ironing table and moved those out to make room for stacking boxes. He also took out a recliner. It’s hard to take much else out of there til I get some things moved out of the way. We can’t take any of the buckets of grain, sugar or flour out yet because the shop is too hot. I guess we picked the worst possible time to move but . . we’ll get it done somehow.
