More Mushrooms

I was able to meet up with the mushroom lady’s daughters yesterday and get more mushrooms.

She had quite a few packages of cremini mushrooms so I bought four of those. She had a few packages of gray/blue oyster mushrooms so I bought three of those.

They really do remind me of an oyster to look at them. Not sure what I’ll fix with them. I promised Vince a mushroom omelette this morning. I have some Hatch peppers so I’ll maybe roast those and have a chili pepper/mushroom omelette. Sounds good to me.
