Saturday in the Kitchen

I’ve been busy ever since I got up and just now sat down to write a blog post and will start baking as soon as this is done.

First, I made a big batch of Rita’s food and got that all in the freezer.

Second, I stirred up a batch of cinnamon rolls. Vince has been asking for them.

Third, I got a roast in the pressure cooker for Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches for dinner this evening.

Fourth, we needed crusty rolls for our sandwiches so I have those rising.

Once I get the cinnamon rolls and crust rolls baked, I’ll stir up sourdough to make two loaves of bread. That won’t be ready to bake til tomorrow but we’re almost out of bread.
