Yesterday I had planned to have the leftover stir fry for dinner but decided it would be better to save that for today since I have to start getting all the peaches processed and either into the freeze dryer, freezer or canned.
Still very intrigued by the sourdough, I decided to make something similar to French bread and then make that into pizza.
I wanted the bread to not be super thick so I used half the dough for the French Bread and half for a round loaf.
Look at those good holes!
Then I piled on the sauce and all the toppings. As you can see, some of the toppings fell off. I should have cleaned it up a bit before taking a picture but that’s how life happens around here.
It was delicious! And it was easy and quick once the bread was made.
