My lab often feels like a kitchen . . or do I have that backwards?

This was last night – orange cranberry muffins, two jars of starter fed, and two different breads in the works.

The glass bowl contains a dough for a loaf – the kind you can slice and toast and make sandwiches. The plastic bowl with make a standard round crusty loaf of bread. Vince has a hard time slicing those round loaves for sandwiches so he requested a loaf so I’m trying a bit of a different recipe for that one.

You know what I’ll be doing today! Finishing the sourdough baking and then eating my weight in sourdough bread with lots of butter. I promised Vince I’d make tuna salad so we’ll have that on sourdough toast for dinner tonight.
