Not sure why but we both woke up way early this morning. Vince got up but I was determined to go back to sleep, and I would have but I remembered something I wanted to tell Vince so when I got up, I stayed up. At least three times, I’ve said “I’m going to take a nap!” It’s 4:00 p.m. so it’s kinda late for a nap but I’m going to be worthless the rest of the day if I don’t do it.
I’m knitting a test knit. It’s a cowl and has a lace design. It’s DK weight yarn so it’s going pretty quickly and I’m enjoying it.
It’s rather chilly outside and it’s overcast . . a good day for a nap. You see where this is going, don’t you!

I thought it was Wednesday for most of the day! ?

I never know what day it is and I didn’t check before typing Tuesday so when I read your comment, I grabbed my phone to check.

Very pretty. I had to get up early because Pat had to get blood work. I took a nap this afternoon, but it was a short one. I also watched the Little Rascals this morning! What a flashback that was!!

My nap was short too. Vince came in and Rita ended up barking and that woke me. I didn’t need a long nap though. Oh . . watching old shows is always fun. I bought a couple of the Green Acres CDs when we moved here and we’ve never watched them. Maybe we’ll do that soon.

I like that color! I’m not getting up early, so I haven’t needed any naps. That will change when I start getting up earlier, though! A friend used to say, “40 things to do and a nap to take.” The nap always won. =)

I love taking naps but I don’t love taking naps because once I take a nap, I end up staying up later, and then I sleep later and then I need a nap and it continues but today we got up way too early and I needed that nap.
