My favorite of all sprouts are radish sprouts. They’re spicy but don’t have quite the bite as most radishes do. I love them. If we had bread in this house, I’d make a sandwich with ham, avocado and radish sprouts. Hmmm . . I think there are bagels in the fridge. Surely the healthiness of the sprouts will negate the unhealthiness of the carbs in the bagel. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it!
Once the sprouts were ready, I rinsed them, drained them on a paper towel, then wrapped them in a slightly damp paper towel and put them in a mesh bag.
They will keep for several days in the fridge. As soon as I took them out of the jar, I put more seeds in the sprouting tray so I’ll have fresh ones by the time these are gone.

I don’t believe I’ve had radish sprouts. I usually have alfalfa … because I like it.
