This is the yarn I’m going to use to make a pair of colorwork mittens. It’s a Norwegian wool. It’s a sport weight and great for colorwork – kinda grabby.
Not quite sure what pattern I’ll use for these but they do fit my new crimson/gray obsession

Love those two yarns. I have a quantity of Jamison & Smith, Shetland for colorwork. Wish I could work faster, but I’ll just use the cliche about “enjoying the journey” and keep knitting away. Ha ha
