As I’m finishing up the links to the finished knitting projects this year, I couldn’t find where I shared the white and gray Simple Summer Tweed Top Down Sweater projects. I do think I shared it but can’t find it here they are . . maybe for the second time.

That photo was taken before the sweater was blocked. I’m so sure I’ve already posted this because I remember typing that! The sweater has now been blocked.
Here’s the gray one. I know I took pictures of it because it’s been on my dress form for weeks!

They both roll at the bottom and are intended to roll. The white one doesn’t bother me but the gray one does. The white one is cotton and I think it’s heavier and doesn’t roll as much. The gray one is lightweight and I feel like it rolls too much. I may go back and add some ribbing instead of the rolled edge hem. Still thinking about what to do with it but at least it’s finished!

I love the rolls at the neck and sleeves, but I am with you on the bottom edge. I like the idea of ribbed edging. I think it would make it look good. Very pretty as it is but I don’t think you would ever be comfortable with this rolled hem.

It’s two lovely finishes from this year, and you can add the ribbing … or you can just get used to it rolling. LOL

Love the neckline.

What is the gray yarn? I like how that looks.

My favorite is the grey, and I like the rolling. If I were you, I’d wear it a few times to decide.
