It isn’t blocked and it needs buttons but the knitting is finished and the ends are all woven in. Finally . . finished!
Those blue sleeves look darker in this picture too but they don’t look much darker in real life. I’m hoping after a good soaking, the sleeves won’t appear to be way darker but that’s pretty typical for Madelinetosh.
I made the sleeves slightly longer than they need to be because I don’t always have mittens with me and since I’m going to be spending at least some amount of time in a colder climate, when my hands get cold, I can just pull the sleeves down a bit and they’ll cover my hands . . mostly.
The sweater is a bit oversized and I will love wearing it.
I am seriously happy to have this one finished and off the UFO list.
