Ten minutes the first day; 12 minutes the second day; 16 minutes the third day. I’ll probably stick with 16 minutes for a few days. I have the resistance set pretty low but hey . . three days in a row so I feel like I’m doing good sticking with it
I probably won’t report back til I’m at 30 minutes. I can do this!

I think the consistency is more important than the resistance, at this point. You can start to ramp that up later when this is too easy and doesn’t leave you at your target heart rate.
