Where has this day gone? You know I don’t do well taking meds of any kind, right? I can take a children’s benadryl and sleep for three days! I’ve been coughing and coughing so last night I told Vince “I’m taking cough medicine before I go to bed tonight” but I didn’t. Thank goodness! I got up this morning a few minutes after 6, did a blog post, fed Rita, took her out, went outside to check on a few things, came back in and thought . . I’m still sleepy . . I’m going back to bed. It was about 6:30 when I went back to bed and I slept til 9:30. When I got up, Vince said “That cough medicine really makes you sleep!” But . . I never took it. I guess just thinking about taking cough medicine makes me sleepy!
Anyway, the day just flew by but I guess sleeping most of the morning . . what did I expect?
You know I’m busy when there are few blog posts in a day!
I did get back on the rowing machine today. I take my iPod in there with me and it helps the time pass faster because from the minute I sit down, I’m thinking “I could be knitting!” I stayed on the machine 12 minutes . . that’s 2 minutes longer than yesterday. I could have stayed longer if I’d had water in there.
Surprisingly, I’m not sore but it usually takes two days for my muscles to start aching so we’ll see what tomorrow brings.
That rowing machine really works a lot of muscles – I’m really glad I started doing it and am so anxious to work up to 30 minutes for a while and then have my cholesterol re-checked.

You got this! You can do it!

That machine isn’t going to do your weight any harm, either! I know that isn’t why you are doing it, but it has to have an effect, especially when you are mostly doing keto.
