I’ve been wanting Mac & Cheese for months. The Chick-Fil-A commercial about their mac & cheese makes it worse and, of course, our little Chick-Fil-A doesn’t have mac & cheese.
I was wanting to try the truffle cheese as part of the cheese.
Today decided to make it. Since we will eat non-keto foods on weekends, I knew I didn’t need a whole 9 x 13 pan so I divided it up into three dishes.
Since the frozen dishes will probably be used rather quickly, I didn’t bother to vacuum seal them. I wrapped the containers in foil, then stuck them in zippered bags.
It was so good! Just what I’d been wanting.
Except for the mac & cheese, it wouldn’t have been too bad but Monday (tomorrow) is a new week and we’ll be back on our low carb diets.
