How did I survive before I got my black garlic pot. We love that stuff. It’s become our favorite topping for steak. We had steak over the weekend. All I do is peel the garlic, mash it with a bit of olive oil. Then Vince adds olive oil and lots of oregano to his. I put a bit of cream in mine, then add cheese and let it melt. I’ve added parmesan, blue cheese and sharp cheddar. I cold drink that stuff!
Vince made extra of his with the oregano and used it as a salad dressing yesterday.
Some of these cloves of garlic are so big! And all are so yummy. I can’t stop eating them.

Same here. I’ve tried making black garlic 2 different ways…croc pot and rice cooker…..not the same. Must check Amazon now…
