It’s been a while since I reported on my All of the Lights sweater and that’s mostly because I haven’t been working on it. I took it to Missouri with me but never touched it and that’s what I figured would happen but I brought it . . just in case I had time to work on it. Then, I came home and kept working on my gray plain stockinette sweater. I’ll share a photo of that progress in a couple of hours.
Last night I decided it was time to put the easy sweater down, save it for another road trip, and get back to the All of the Lights sweater.
I actually got farther than this before stopping for the night. I’m using 3.25 mm needles and with the cables, it’s tight and after a while, my hands ache. I need to get back to my brother-in-law’s socks but those are small needles too. I need to fin a project that uses larger needles to give my hands a bit of a rest.
I love this purple. The photo was taken with the not so great lighting in our house last night. When (if) I do get a picture that I feel is more accurate for the color, I’ll let you know.
