First, I do know how to spell “sweater”. I looked at last night’s post this morning and I thought .. what the heck is a “Unicorn Seater”? I was so tired! A 600 mile trip in one day gets harder every time I drive it.
I wasn’t sure Addie was going to love the hair bows I was making so I made the three and brought them for her to see before I made more. I did forget on two of them about her being left handed. Since the ribbons are directional (top and bottom), it matters which way the clips are facing for her to be able to put them in and not have JoJo upside down.
I made the mistake of telling her on the phone that she could make some bows for her friends because some of the specialty ribbons came in 5 yard lengths. Oh, my goodness! I forgot I was talking to a first grader. I believe so far she has 10 bows to make for friends for and the lady who helps with breakfast at the hotel has a granddaughter about Addie’s age so she wants to make bows for her and the lady next door to the house next door to them has a little girl a year younger than Addie . . thank goodness I ordered way more ribbon that any one child needs because we’re going to be making bows for half the town! 🙂
But it makes my heart happy that she wants to share.

I saw the massive list of friends needing bows coming as soon as I read you were offered to make some for her friends. Just don’t offer to make unicorn sweaters. lol

So, you could turn the fastener around still? She is quite generous! You are going to have a lot of fun, but you may be sick of bows by the end of the visit!
