That peacock button is about to get the best of me. I can’t stop thinking about it. Why am I so anal?
I woke up this morning way before daylight thinking about those buttons. I didn’t get up yet but then remembered the freeze dryer needs to be unloaded so I did get up and go digging for yarn.

This one is Wollmeise DK and I have about 1,800 yards.

This one is Shibui Staccato and I have about 1,500 yards of it. It’s fingering weight and I think a fingering weight sweater might be better with those smaller buttons.
I’m getting ahead of myself! I need to finish some projects before I think of starting something else, besides the October project.
Someone suggested navy and someone suggested gold so I’ll check out those colors too before making a final decision. Thanks for those suggestions.
Sorry, peacock buttons. You’re going to have to wait for a while but you will get used soon because I love you so much!

Oh I definitely think the peacocks want to be on one of those purple options. Such a pretty color.

I see a beautiful sweater in your future, with or without peacock buttons.
