While searching for low carb recipes last week, I came across a recipe for low carb Blackberry Clafoutis.
I told myself if we stayed on track and didn’t eat too many carbs during the week, I’d make this over the weekend . . we did . . and I did!
I could have been a little neater about dishing it up but it was warm and things made with almond flour are a bit fragile and all I could think about was how good this would be with Blue Bell’s Homemade Vanilla ice cream on it . . but we don’t have ice cream in the house and I wouldn’t have used it if we did.
It was a great recipe! I’ll add this one to the low carb sweets lineup.
