Do you have to make your own cauliflower rice? I’m not a fan of the vegetable, but maybe in this form I would like it.

No. I buy it. Aldi usually has it. I like to get olive oil hot, add a little butter til it sizzles and then dump the cauliflower rice in and stir til it gets a little brown. Not all of it will but some will. Season with cajun spices and it’s done!
