Dinner turned out great. Here it was after it smoked for three hours at 250.

I made deviled eggs, sliced tomatoes and heated up the leftover peas.

For tomorrow, I took some kind of lamb out of the freezer. . not lamb chops or a loin . . not sure what it is but I’ll figure it out.
