Earlier this week when I was still in Missouri, Chad and Nicole went and picked up Chinese food for our dinner. This was my fortune cookie:
Spontaneous could mean just about anything but I was kinda hoping or something fun and exciting but . . it doesn’t say fun and exciting. Last night I asked Vince “Did we do anything spontaneous today?” Vince said “We walked up to the mail box!” Yep, that was spontaneous. We usually drive. It’s kinda far. I was tracking a package and I said “Oh, the package has been delivered. I’m going to the mail box.” Vince said “Take my car” because the RTV had stuff in the back of it. Then he said “I’ll just walk up there and get the mail” and I said “I’ll walk with you!” So, unless something better happens today, I guess our walk to the mail box was our spontaneous event for the weekend.
Some would say we live a pretty boring life but I think it’s just about perfect!

I always say I love my dull boring life. 🙂
Hooray for walking to the mailbox.

Boring? No! Pretty much what you want? Contentment! ! ! !

It doesn’t say “fun and exciting”, but it does say you will enjoy! Sounds like a nice enough walk, especially together.

As long as you enjoy it who cares what others think if its boring …

Sounds spontaneous to me! And healthy, too.

I’d love to have “boring” right now. Someday …
