Just a reminder – I know that most readers don’t really care what we’re having for dinner but I share pictures of our dinner in hopes of encouraging anyone wanting to try the keto diet. By the way, Vince has now lost 70 pounds since January 15 – that’s 4-1/2 months. I’ve lost 30 and I’ve not moved much because of the trips and going on and off the diet so I’m hoping to buckle down and lose another 20 pounds within the next few months.
Tonight we had grilled steak, steamed artichokes and cucumbers in yogurt with dill.
It was easy. It was quick to clean up and it was yummy and keto friendly!
