I’ve been trying to use some of the bigger things out of our freezers so I had taken a ham out of the freezer and put it in the fridge a few days ago. Yesterday I baked it. I had to laugh . . that big ham and nothing got thrown out.
I cut the ham from the bone (it was already spiral sliced), filled three vacuum seal bags for the freezer, put some in a zipper bag for the fridge (tomorrow we’re having ham and asparagus quiche for breakfast), vacuum sealed the bone to bring to Chad’s to make soup, and saved the “juice” to take to Chad’s to make beans.
That ham will go to great use!

Curious…where did the juice come from? Natural from the ham or did you add something. Everything looks so delicious.
