Yesterday I had my heart set on tuna salad but Vince wanted something different so tonight we had tuna salad. Along with the tuna salad served in an avocado half, we had kimchi and Italian cold cuts.
We’re still doing fine with our diet. The weather for about the past five days has been awful so we haven’t been outside doing much. Sitting in the chair knitting or sitting at the spinning wheel is no way to burn calories or exercise so I’m looking forward to getting back to walking . . maybe tomorrow. I haven’t lost anything in the last four days but I know it’s because I’m not moving. It’s too easy to sit under a quilt, listen to a book and knit.

The chicken salad looks delish! I’m really impressed with you both sticking to your diet. AWESOME!

Judy, flew over your area last Friday on our way to Tampa, Fl for the Celebration of Life for my 93 year old uncle who passed very quickly from an aggressive acute leukemia. Thankfully, he was not in pain and it was a peaceful passing. We cleaned out a beautiful home of a brilliant man and a rental he had. I am now the oldest living person from my father’s family. Thought of you today when we returned and was hoping your weather was better. We changed planes at Love Field. It is unbelieveable how flat Texas is and how much of Texas has no greenery. We have driven thru the northern part going to Oklahoma. I hope your garden survives! I would not want to live in Florida. I do not handle humidity well although I can stand 120 degree weather as long as it is dry. Neither of us live in the perfect climate. We would love to find it! BTW, you dinner looks delish!

Certain areas of Texas have no greenery is what I meant. Saw lots of water too.
