We usually eat our meal about 3 or 4 but today we decided to eat a bit earlier since we were celebrating a little surprise and I was making a keto blueberry cheesecake (3 net carbs). I put the tuna in a ginger/tamari marinade last night and Vince grilled it today. I had already started the broccoli steaming and Vince asked for asparagus. I had also made an avocado/cucumber salsa (with cilantro!) so it was more food than we normally eat but it was so very good.

The cheesecake was no competition for The Cheesecake Factory but it was good!

There are 10 more pieces in the fridge. I should try to freeze some of it because we do not need to eat this every day for the next five days.

Right…..fess up. No cliffhangers…lol. That meal looks awesome. I can taste it now. The tuna is cooked just how I like it.

Ginger-tamari marinade reminds me of when I used to use one on orange roughy (whatever happened to that fish? Never see it anymore.) We had a friend who underwent heart surgery and had a very diminished sense of taste, but he could enjoy fish in ginger-tamari marinade!
