Remember a month or so ago I bought that little table top oven with the rotisserie? Last night was the first time I had a chanced to use the rotisserie.
It was perfect! The chicken cooked fairly quickly, was juicy and tender, and the mess in the oven was easy to clean up. I think we’ll be having more rotisserie chicken!
The only negative is that you have to use a fairly small chicken. I think this one was about 3.5 pounds, which isn’t big at all. There was enough meat leftover to be able to make a chicken salad but for a bigger family, this little rotisserie probably wouldn’t be ideal.
We had chicken and collard greens. Another good low carb meal!
Hard to believe, husband brought one home his next trip to Aldi(after your post). Neither of us has cooked anything in it yet. Cooking a chicken is up soon.
