With so many recipes on the internet, I can’t even tell you the last time I bought a cookbook for myself. Most all of the keto recipes I’ve been making have come from the Peace, Love & Low Carb website. Everything I’ve made from there has been amazing and having easy to make, yummy recipes makes this diet so easy.
Kyndra Holley, the Peace, Love and Low Carb lady, has several low carb cookbooks out, with more coming. I had been thinking about getting Craveable Keto but just hadn’t done it and then a friend told me she had ordered it so I ordered it too. It arrived today and I am so glad I ordered it.
Our entire menu from next week is coming out of this cookbook. The book has only been here a couple of hours and I keep thumbing through it. These recipes are all low carb so even if you aren’t on the keto diet, I think you’d find plenty in this cookbook . . enough to definitely make it worth your money.
Almost every recipe has a full page color photo of the dish.
I highly recommend this cookbook for anyone wanting to eat healthy. There’s a spiral bound version, which I wish I had noticed. The book is big! It has 380+ pages and the paper is think and nice. You will be seeing recipes from this book on a lot of my menu plans over the next few weeks.

You can take the book to a place like staples and they will cut off the binding and put a spiral binding on it for you for not much money….I used to do it with my quilting books….
Where do you find out about the Flash knitting from eat sleep knit…I couldn’t find it on their website….

We don’t have a Staples. There is a place here that will do it but it isn’t a place I go to very often. I also used to have my favorite quilt books spiral bound.
ESK’s FKAL is on their Ravelry group page.

Take it to the Copy Shop next to University Cuts and I bet they can bind it for you. I have no idea the cost for 1 but it would not hurt to ask.

I was told by Staples a couple of years ago that they wouldn’t do spiral binding on books anymore because of the copyright issues. They considered the binding and format of the book to be copyrighted. I wish I could find a place to do it for my quilt books.

I ordered a spiral machine to do my books at home. I think I got it from Amazon. It is called Trubind. I also got several sizes of coils. I have done all of my favorite quilting books and each time I get a new book, before even opening it I cut off the spine and spiral bind it. I don’t remember how much it cost, but I do believe that I have gotten my money out of it.
