For those doing the 12 Things in 2019, have you made any progress in January? You may recall that I’m wanting to make 12 sweaters. Nothing finished so far but one of the test knits I’m doing is a sweater. If it isn’t finished in January, it will be finished by the first week in February. I still have one sweater that just needs one sleeve done so if I can get that done in February, that will get me back on track for one sweater per month.
So far, I’ve only finished one thing in January – a pair of socks for Addie. I will probably finish the scarf test knit this week so that will give me a second finish. Not a lot but I was gone half the month and even though I knitted some at Chad’s and some at my uncle’s, it wasn’t a lot of uninterrupted knitting.
Anyone else working on their 12 Things and have progress to show, just leave your info in the comments.

My 12 sweater progress….. Aloutte sweater done except for buttons and blocking, a second toddler sweater all pieces are knit and need to be blocked before continuing…. and a whole lot of sweaters in progress languishing while I have the crazy thought that I really need to cast on a new sweater. 🙂

My 12 things has not been touched this month. I still have a few days, so we shall see what happens. I was side tracked with other things and cleaning out a cabinet. That put me in the tossing and gifting stage and less sewing.

Mine is done! I finished my youngest daughter’s pink quilt. Now I’m on to the next project, which is going to take much longer. I would love to finish it by the end of February, but that’s going to be a stretch!

I finished my part of tractor quilt for my grandson and am almost finished with my part of my grandson-in-law’s car quilt. My daughter is doing the rest of the finishing of the quilt as you go quilts we are jointly making.

I made two lists: ufos and new projects. I finished one quilt. (It only needed binding.) I made a quilt top. (It was a simple 3 yard quilt challenge). Both easy projects but it feels good to check things off. We’ll see how it goes with projects that are more involved!

Ha, ha, progress! No. I’m hoping that this coming week is finally going to see some. I have three things I need to do, but the end of January project, #7, is the first deadline.
