I knew I had taken a picture of the plate last night but just now figured out my phone is putting pictures where I can’t find them. I found this one in my Google files on the Chromebook and this is one of the prettiest dinners I’ve made lately so I wanted to share it.
Today is a fast day for me. Vince wanted breakfast and he’s happy to fix it himself. I’m loving his retirement! 🙂
He brought this plate into the living room where I was sitting to show it to me. I think he wanted me to take a picture and share it here so you would all see what a great job he did. Putting that kind of food in front of me on a fast day . . terrible idea! I was strong though. I’m not eating til dinner.
