Last night we had a simple pot of chili for dinner. It has about 10 carbs in the pot but there were probably at least 8 servings in the pot. We ate a our dinner and then I put the leftovers in 2 quarts and 1 pint jars so there’s plenty of chili leftover.
Add in a few black olives, homemade Greek yogurt and shredded cheese and it was a great low carb meal!

I like chili, and have often made it in the past, but this winter I haven’t yet. A good pot of chili can feed us for a week, because we’re happy to eat the same thing over and over. =)
