The bagels are amazing! Here’s the recipe from Love, Peace and Low Carb (where there are other amazing recipes — like low carb ice cream!)
I told Vince . . I would make these bagels any day over regular bagels. They were so easy to make. They tasted great. We used them for an open face breakfast sandwich but they would be fine for using as sandwich bread. They’re dense enough and hold together perfectly fine.
Here’s the view of the inside of them. Don’t they look amazing?
Here’s our little sandwich making station.
I toasted the bagel, then put the cheese on while it was hot so the cheese melted just a little. The eggs were done so I didn’t want to take the time to put the bagel back under the broiler.
Since we enjoyed ours as open face sandwiches and only ate half of one bagel, so the bread was only 3 net carbs. I am counting this meal as 6 net carbs though it’s probably more like 5. It was satisfying, delicious and a perfect keto meal, in my opinion!
We will keep these bagels on hand. These are the best! They’re not only good as bagels but I could use them to make croutons for salads or soup, sandwiches, pizza . . but she does have a keto pizza bagel recipe.

I noticed the huge variety of things she makes with that fathead cheese stuff. Your meal looks absolutely delicious to me.
