Vince’s Diet

I am so proud of Vince. He is really committed to this diet. He’s been finding great youtube channels for us to watch and learn more. He’s not even thinking about eating anything he shouldn’t eat.

He has so much energy . . it’s amazing. Yesterday he went to town early. He had 4 or 5 stops to make. He was home before noon and got busy. He completely cleaned up the RTV, cleaned the air filter, got under it and greased all the parts that needed greasing.

He took the RTV out with a mower and cut the paths to all the bluebird houses.

Then he went out and tilled up the spot where all the chicken poop gets dumped. It’s been composting long enough that we can add it to the garden.

He was out working the entire afternoon. I haven’t seen him with this much energy in a long, long time. It’s great to see him feeling good and staying busy and even better – seeing him committed to losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle.

That’s great to hear! Did Vince have an “ah ha” moment while you were gone to Missouri?

The only sad part of this, Judy, is that his t-shirts are going to be too big…I remember he seemed to have some favorites! Sounds like he is feeling great so maybe he’ll be okay with it!
