I said I was not going to stay away from breads but then I saw the recipe . . the picture actually . . of this Keto Breakfast Bagel and I jumped out of my chair and stirred up a batch of these bagels. Here’s the recipe for the bagels.
I may or may not have the “everything” topping but I saw the sesame seeds glaring at me from the spice cabinet so I grabbed them. If we like these bagels, I’ll find or buy everything topping because we do like everything bagels.
They have 10 carbs each. Without Dr. Pepper, I’m not having a hard time staying under 20 carbs per day so I don’t mind giving up 10 carbs for a bagel.
I haven’t tasted them yet. I know . . I should have waited to write about them til I’ve tasted them but I was so happy with the way they look. They were super easy to make. I ditched the spoon and used my hands and that was a much easier way to mix the dough.
We will have these for breakfast tomorrow. I’m so excited to try them . . I may not even be able to sleep tonight. 🙂

Thanks for the link to a good website. I’ve printed out the recipe for the bagels and the bacon jam. I’ll give them a try (after I finish my Whole 30 days.) So far, I’m not missing a lot of stuff, but the dairy and this recipe has a bunch of cheese – which makes it good of course.

That was quite a feat, to hit the recipe print button before it disappeared. These look really good! Thank you!
