The Eat, Sleep, Knit all year knit along this year is a “Temperature Tracker”. It can be anything that uses yarn to track temperature and it has to have at least 50 temperature changes through the year.
Many are making blankets . . there are many patterns, but I’m doing a cowl.
These are the yarns I have available. All are Dream in Color Smooshy.
As of now, I think this is the order I’m going to use.
I love the length of the Leftovers Cowl so I’m going to make this one about that long. I’d like to use 4 rows per temp and I’m going to track three days per week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The green and pink near the bottom right . . those will be for temps 91 – 110 so those will probably be the ones that have LOTS of rows. I have two skeins of both of those but otherwise, I have one skein so I hope I can get this done with that amount of yarn.
I have not started yet but I’m recording the temps and will start it as soon as I get the test knits done.

That will be a pretty combination. I’m doing ten degrees in my fabrics, and I did go down to 0, though I’m doing highs and not lows, so I probably won’t have anything in those bottom colors. I only went to 100, because I don’t think we’ve gone over that in the 8.5 years I’ve lived here. If we do, it will become 90+, I think!
