I’m not saying much about it here because Vince is talking about it on his PFTR post on Sunday but he has agreed to diet with me. Most every time I go home from Missouri, I get home dead tired and, because there’s nothing thawed and I’m tired, and I think we just want to sit and talk, we end up going out to eat. I usually don’t even remember what I ate .. just get through it and go home and go to bed.
I told him we could go out tomorrow when I get home and he said no, he was grilling chicken for tonight and he was grilling extra and he would make a salad and we could have salads with sliced grilled chicken. At home!
I do not like thick, fat chicken breasts and I usually either cut them in half to make thinner breasts and pound them thin. I said to Vince “I don’t like . .” and before I could finish, he said “I cut them in half!” I didn’t know he even knew I did that!
That’s really just four breasts.
Here’s his dinner for tonight.
That looks like a pretty amazing dinner. I’d be happy with that and it’s probably pretty similar to what I’ll have when I get home tomorrow.
I have visions of Vince deciding to take over the cooking and me sitting and knitting all day every day! 🙂

I saved a magazine for you that has some amazing recipes for the Keto diet. Did not know if you were still on it or going back on it, but thought you might like to have them. I will save them until you get back from LA. They sound really good!!

Don’t get carried away with those visions. LOL, but that does look delicious, and I’d be happy with it, too. I looked at Avocados at Aldi, and they were $3.48 each! Sadly, none came home with me.
