What was I thinking? I signed up to do a test knit. It’s due February 8. So long as I can quickly find yarn when I get home, I’ll be good. It needs a mini skein set and I’m thinking I’d like to use this one:
This is Sweet Georgia’s Party of Five and the color is Honey Fig. I think a light gray or maybe an avocado green would go for my solid but I’m not sure what I have in Sweet Georgia’s Tough Love Sock, which is the yarn in this set.
Probably, the deciding factor will be . . whatever I find first! I’ll get home Saturday evening and then leave again Sunday morning for six days. I should have a lot of knitting time and can maybe make good progress on this . . IF I can find the yarn and get it wound in the few hours that I am home.

That’s a gorgeous mini skein set. Good luck finding your yarn

Good luck finding your yarn and completing the project. Is the test knit a complicated pattern?

Really pretty stuff. So … why does it have to be wound? Can’t you just use it off the skein like I did with crochet?
