Growing up, I loved my Barbies so I especially enjoy seeing Addie playing with hers.
The child would never comb her hair again without someone fighting with her about it. I looked at the back of her hair and the Barbie on the right and had to laugh. Such similarities.
She was sitting down in front of the fireplace and I thought I was sneaking a picture. The volume was down on the phone so it didn’t click when I took the picture. She turned around and said “Why did you take a picture of me?” I said “Did you hear the phone take a picture?” and she said “No. I saw you in the fireplace mirror!” Oh . . the glass is a mirror! 🙂
Once she got them all set up, she wanted me to take a picture. All on her terms! 🙂

Oh, that wild red/orange (I call it copper) is me for sure.

How cute!! When I saw that one I thought of me when I was a kid! With naturally curly hair and it being red, this is what I looked like! The days before blow dryers and hair straighteners! LOL

That’s a nice collection of Barbies. Does she know what her hair looks like back there – a rat’s nest! LOL
