Thanks to the reader who told me about the Rollo, pretzel, pecan candy.
The photo was obviously before I baked them and added the pecans. I’ll take another picture before I make the delivery.
I brought the ingredients to make peanut blossoms and some kind of confetti cookies that uses a cake mix and sprinkles and you roll them into balls and baked them but Miss Addie declared she didn’t want to help bake anything so I made two batches of the pretzel, Rollo candy and one batch of a recipe my friend told me about. She calls it “Angel Poop”, which I’m not going to call it but it was enough that Addie won’t eat it at all.
It’s simply popped corn and melted almond bark. I’m glad I brought almond bark from home because Walmart is totally out of it here.
Addie said “Please don’t tell them what it’s called!” and I told her I wasn’t. Now she thinks the policemen are going to be eating angel poop and not knowing what they’re eating.
I believe we’re all taking short naps and then we’ll make our delivery.
what do you do with those oyster crackers????? they look good to me – what is on them???

I’ve been making the rolo pretzel things for years and LOVE them (too much, I think). I went to two Walmarts yesterday and no rolos anywhere! GRR..maybe I’ll try once more Obviously too many others know about them as well.

It’s weird but I have never heard of them or seen them served but they will be a staple from no own. Our WM had Rolos but no more almond bark. Addie said “Let’s find someone and tell them we need some!” and I told her . . believe me, if they had more, it would be out.
My friend got lots of almond bark from Aldi.
I just started making these a few years ago. I put red and green M&Ms on top of some for my family members who don’t care for the pecans.
A rose by any other name … LOL, that girl is so funny.
Now that is very thoughtful of Addie to worry about the people eating poop.

How funny! She may change her mind once she knows what is in it.
