- I believe I have enough to keep me busy for 2 or 3 weeks. I always take way too much but I’d rather have more than I need than less than I need.
Here are the projects I’m taking:
- Nicole’s sweater. I really will have hours left to work on it . . not days.
- Addie’s unicorn sweater.
- A Hitofude I started for a friend. I love Hitofude. If I include Nicole’s that I am finishing for her, and I did over half the work, and the one for my friend, I will have made four of these. Kinda unheard of for me to make the same sweater four times. I can see me making another one too. It’s such a fun knit.
- Socks for Addie – I’m bringing three or four different skeins of yarn. I’ll let her pick which ones she wants me to make.
Depending on the weather and what we do, I could see me getting all those projects done while there. Addie is out of school pretty much the whole time I’m there so I’ll do a lot with her but she’ll have plenty of new toys to keep her busy.
I need to remember my blocking mats, pins and wires. Nicole has some but seems like she told me they were still in storage at her mom’s.
Along with seeing the family, I will be reunited with my Chromebook. My fingers will have to find their right spot and get used to it. I’ll have to remember Alt+Backspace = Delete but will be so happy to be back on the Chromebook.

So much to look forward to! That doesn’t seem like an excessive number of projects.
