For those who wondered, I don’t think Nicole reads the blog. Normally she doesn’t but who knows when she might pop in looking for a recipe or something. It’s ok if she sees it. It’s what I’m working on so I’m sharing it here.
The top of the picture, where you see the stitch markers, is really the bottom of the sweater since this one was done top down. Nicole had worked through that ribbing section you see and about 2 rows past that.
To complete the pattern from what she did, there are the following charts:
- Chart A: 8 rows. Pattern suggests working Chart A three times but to make the sweater longer, most people add a fourth repeat so that’s 32 rows.
- Chart B: 16 rows. 1 repeat so that’s 16 rows.
- Chart C: 16 rows. 1 repeat so that’s another 16 rows
- Chart D: 16 rows. 1 repeat so that’s another 16 rows.
- Chart E: 16 rows. 1 repeat so that’s another 16 rows.
Last night I did 26 rows of Chart A and then this morning, I finished the remaining 6 rows. I’m hoping to get Chart B and Chart C done today. That will be 32 rows plus the 6 I already did today. Might happen. Might not happen.
Then the plan is tomorrow I’ll get Charts D and E done.
Tuesday I’ll get the ribbing done and the binding done and that leaves the third pair of mittens, along with the aprons to get done.
It’s all possible, maybe not very probable but I’m trying my best!
