It is so windy out there. I can hear it just blowing and blowing and every now and then, it sounds like a gust is getting under the metal roof and for a second, I expect the roof to go flying off. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen!
Notice anything wrong with that picture? It’s warmer in MO than it is here. So not right.
Just before dark, I looked up and saw snowflakes. They would be pretty heavy for about a second or two, then stop, then in a few minutes I’d see more. Not much snow. It’s going to be 50 tomorrow so it wouldn’t stick around long anyway but it was exciting to think we might get some. I’m pretty much ready to take a warm shower and get in bed, cover up with multiple quilts and not move all night.
I met a friend for lunch today, came home and told Vince I was taking a nap and never did. I won’t go to bed early. I’m fixing to start the third pair of fingerless mitts and once I start, I can’t stop knitting. It will be after midnight and I’ll still be knitting.
